2.Medical history. To provide you with full information we need your medical reports: a written history from you or your doctor, lab tests results, imaging results, if available. It will allow us to serve you as quickly as possible should you decide to treat at our medical facility. 

3. Your service team. As soon as you contact us, we take care of the many details of your visit, from gathering your medical records to scheduling your appointments. Our staff is also available to assist you with your travel coordination and other needs throughout your treatment. 

Language interpretation services, when needed, are available during every step of the treatment process.

4. Your dedicated healthcare team. To serve your unique needs, we have a dedicated team of experienced physicians, who will answer your questions and requests. Each specialist speaks English, so you will know what to expect before you arrive.

5. Cost of treatment. Following the rules of treatment for international patients in Germany, we prepare for you a preliminary estimate of costs, that should be paid before the start of treatment or examination. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash on the spot.

6. Second Opinion for cancer patients. At our facility you have two possibilities of getting a second opinion - direct in the hospital and remotely. We evaluate your medical history and our interdisciplinary oncology team makes the treatment recommendations for your cancer type and stage. The evaluation includes all diagnostic tests and consultations with medical staff. You’ll have a personalized treatment plan within three to five business days in-hand or we provide video conference with you online via Skype. During the conference you can ask the doctor about your treatment recommendations.
